Community Day Event

Little River Trading Co. & CYCOLOGY BICYCLES will hold it’s annual Community Day on April 21st, 2012. This event is open to invited local community clubs and organizations.
The object of this day is to raise donations for and awareness of your group. If you commit to the event and set up/man a presence on site this day to share your group’s mission to members and new prospects, we will donate 10% of the individual sale, pre-tax, on this day that are allocated to one of the groups by the Customer.
We started our Community Day to afford local outdoor advocacy groups a chance to get in touch with the people who play outdoors. Our first annual event was on April 2nd, 2011. Local advocacy groups came set up on campus here and were able to interact with new prospects. Customers could designate one of the displaying groups to get 10% of their purchase that day.
We hope to have them back each year to grow this event in our community.
What you will need to do…
- Commit to the event and add to your calendar, fill out application below. Then communicate to me.
- Contact your members via your newsletter, next meeting, post community calendar in the papers, email, post where you normally post your events
- Explain the event to your members
- Show up, set up, promote your group and any upcoming events you have to your members and new prospects, You will need to provide your table/supplies for the booth.
We will…
- Promote on our web site, social media venues, press releases
- Provide the location and your set up space for the community day
- Track your groups 10% of the individual sale donations, allocated by your member’s/prospects purchases at the point of sale
- Send you a check for the total sum of donations allocated to you from your member’s/prospects individual purchases
