We realize our Customers want to find the best possible value when making a purchasing decision. With that in mind we hope to make that decision easier when shopping at Little River Trading Co.

We will happily meet the price of our competitors for any item we currently have in stock and meet the following criteria.

  • Items must be unused.
  • Items must be the same season, style, size and color…apples to apples.
  • Items must be in stock at the competitor.
  • Online prices may be honored if they are from a traditional retailer.
  • Prices seen on online auction sites, discount sites, buyers clubs, will not be honored.
  • Clearance or Inventory Wide Sales of competitors will not be honored.
  • Shipping costs and shipping promotions will not be honored nor figured into the competing price.

While we believe that we are unbeatable in our efforts at Customer Service, have the best quality of gear/clothing and our Outdoor Expertise is from a user’s perspective, we also realize the need to competitive in the market place.

Our Return Policy

Easy Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Need to return something? Just bring it back within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll refund your money. Please note that all returns are subject to the following guidelines:

  • All returns must be in new condition, with all tags attached and original manufacturer’s packaging intact.
  • Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on the following items: climbing equipment, or underwear.
  • Used or laundered items cannot be returned.
  • Footwear must include its original box.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original receipt.
  • Be sure to bring your receipt when returning or exchanging items.
  • Please note that clearance items (discounts of 30% or greater) may not be returned.

Exchanges

We cannot guarantee inventory, but we do accept exchanges for in stock merchandise of equal value.

  • This single-use promotional card.
  • This card can be used in one qualifying transaction at Little River Trading Co Little River trading Co Lifestyle Shop or CYCOLOGY BICYCLES.
  • This card will not carry an unused balance.
  • Only one $20 Coupon Card may be redeemed per transaction.
  • If eligible product is returned for a refund after the card has been redeemed, the value of the redeemed card will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Void if you return item(s) that qualified you for card.
  • This card cannot be used to pay for shipping charges, exchanges, Cycology Bicycles Club Membership, bicycle repair services, gift cards, special orders, layaways, or rentals.
  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

How do you get one of these cards?

  • Many of our Community Partners give them away at some of their activities.
  • We may have a contest on our FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube Social Media Feeds, so click over and follow each of them.
  • We may see you out sporting our logo on a shirt, cap, or back windshield of your car, and come up to you and give you one for “representing”, so go ahead and get one or more articles that have our logo on them. It’s a cool logo too!
